	June 2, 2009 Facebook Motions:	You have probably been reading a lot about Facebook, and similar social media sites, coming up in litigation. Kevin Henderson of our office has just won a motion requiring a plaintiff to disclose her Facebook account. This is going to be a useful tool for a while. The next trend will presumably be to recover pages that plaintiffs have taken down. Stay Tuned!
