Helen Pelton was called to the bar in 1993. Helen has extensive experience in general civil and commercial litigation, and has been designated as a specialist in civil litigation by the Law Society of Upper Canada. Helen practices in the areas of personal injury, insurance defence and medical malpractice, while her administrative law practice is focused on the defence of professionals in discpline matters. She also has considerable experience in employment law, acting for both employers and employees in matters such as wrongful dismissal and human rights complaints.
